Group of Fluorite crystals, one of them clearly dominant, aerial and extraordinarily limpid and transparent, with predominant octahedron forms and well-defined faces and edges. Color centers give it delicate misty bluish purple tones. On the back, the main crystal exhibits figures of contact dissolution during growth. These Fluorite crystals are implanted in a matrix formed of Mica crystals.
Huanggang Mines, shaft 2, Hexigten Banner (Kèshíkèténg Qí), Chifeng (Ulanhad), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region China (09/2022)
Specimen size: 4.6 x 2.9 x 1.8 cm
Main crystal size: 2.5 x 1.6 cm
XM2240MBA
Group of very sharp and brilliantly shiny tetrahedral crystals of Tetrahedrite, implanted on matrix and accompanied by small white Quartz crystals and Pyrite crystals. Comes from what was an important mining district in Eastern Europe, via the Terrae Genesis Museum located in the French town of Le Syndicat, in the Vosges mountains.
Cavnic mining area, Cavnic, Maramures Romania
Specimen size: 9 x 6.8 x 3 cm
Main crystal size: 1.2 x 0.6 cm
Former Museum Terrae Genesis (Vosges, France)

As pretty from the front as from the back! On the front side we see a group of cubic and tabular Fluorite crystals, with the edges modified by dodecahedron faces, very clean, lustrous and transparent, of a delicate purplish color, while on the back face, apart from some Fluorite crystals, there are several scalenohedral crystals of Calcite, one of them clearly dominant. With the cleanliness and transparency characteristic of specimens from this deposit.

Specimen size: 8.7 x 8.4 x 5 cm
Main crystal size: 1.2 x 1.2 cm
XM2380NNQ
Group of cubic Fluorite crystals on a matrix formed by Calcite crystals, some of them with scalenohedron forms, very clean, between transparent and translucent, of a delicate violet color, with the edges beveled by dodecahedron faces. Gemmy and transparent as is characteristic of the specimens from this deposit.
Llamas Quarry, Obdulia vein, Caravia mining area, Las Cabañas, Duyos, Caravia, Comarca Oriente, Principality of Asturias (Asturias) Spain (05/2022)
Specimen size: 6.2 x 4.4 x 2.2 cm
Main crystal size: 1.3 x 0.9 cm

A rarity. Groups of lustrous, isolated and arborescent Pyrite crystals that have grown on a Calcite scalenohedron formed by polycrystalline growths clearly developed at the top of the crystal. They are lustrous and snow-white in color, giving a beautiful color contrast with the Pyrite. A very unusual habit for the deposit.
Moscona Mine, El Llano, Solís, Corvera de Asturias, Comarca Avilés, Principality of Asturias (Asturias) Spain (1978)
Specimen size: 5.9 x 4.4 x 4.4 cm
Minor fluorescence short UV
