Triplet of Quartz (amethyst variety) scepter crystals on Quartz (smoky variety) crystals with well-defined faces and edges and an intense amethyst hue on the crystal termination. A curiosity, since the specimen comes from an abandoned locality that has now been converted into an amusement park.

Calcite with iron oxides inclusions

Group of Calcite crystals with the dominant forms of the trapezohedron, with perfectly defined faces and edges and with colors caused by iron oxide inclusions that grow oriented on a first generation of Calcite crystal phantoms. Comes from an iron deposit affected by skarn.

Pair of complex Calcite crystals, lustrous and translucent, becoming transparent towards the terminations. It displays interpenetration twins, with very well defined faces and edges and marked striations on some of the faces.

Large pineapple-like groups of thick terminated Descloizite crystals, with good luster and dark brown color tones, and of great size.
It comes from a classic deposit for the species, Berg Aukas, in Namibia, mined until 1978 for zinc, lead and vanadium.

A Moroccan classic of excellent quality.
The specimen belonged to Santiago Jiménez who, especially in the 1980s and 90s, assembled an excellent collection.

These elegant golds were found for the first time In 2020. This specimen shows excellent crystallization, with the dominant forms of the octahedron in highly stylized parallel growths and with marked spinel-law twinning. At the upper end, grooves can be seen that allow us to see the intense internal golden reflections, and some small remnants of Quartz.

The specimen, a French classic, comes from the Lisarde collection.

A floater that shows two main complex and interpenetrating spherical groups of Sphalerite, with well defined faces and edges. They are translucent, with marked polysynthetic twins and an intense honey color, and are joined at the base with Dolomite crystals as the matrix. A classic of Cantabrian mining from Las Mánforas, located in a spectacular setting next to the Picos de Europa National Park.
It belonged to Santiago Jiménez who, especially in the 1980s and 90s, assembled an excellent collection with a very good representation of the mineralogy of Northern Spain.
