ED37AA4: Isolated crystals of magnesian Roselite. They are very well defined, a lot of them doubly terminated, translucent, have a very intense, deep and uniform color that strongly contrasts with the snow white Calcite matrix. The sample has been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.

EM16Z5: Small acicular Goethite crystals, very bright and with reddish reflections due to its pleochroism. They are on a matrix with Quartz crystals, some of them doubly terminated, and with small botryoidal Conichalcite aggregates. Different than most of the usual samples from the Bou Azzer area.

CB16G2: A very esthetic specimen. This Dolomite, of an attractive color, is partially covered by Marcasite cockscombs, and these covered by Goethite. The specimen caught our attention and we analyzed it to be sure about the identification. We will send the analysis to the buyer of the piece.

TD96AN1: Pyritohedral crystals of Skutterudite, one of them clearly dominant, very lustrous, on matrix and with Quartz crystals. Although in 2020 and 2021 Skutterudites with Quartz are being found again in Bouismas, this is an old piece.

CTX87CD5: Aggregate of cuboctahedral Skutterudite crystals with perfectly defined faces and edges, on matrix and extraordinarily lustrous, a property that has not been lost over the time since its collection.
This specimen comes from the collection of duplicates of Carles Curto (number 2011.18) whose digital catalogue file, handwritten label, and a previous label from Fabre Minerals, we will send to the buyer.

EBB47CD3: Aerial growths of Allargentum
that appear intergrown with Silver with a high mercury content, with some of the faces being well defined, and with small remnants of Calcite which has been acid-etched to reveal the sulfides and native elements.
These are important crystals for the species Allargentum, which is a much rarer species than Dyscrasite. In fact, until the appearance of these Bouismas allargentums, quality specimens were hardly known and, in general, had poorly defined crystals.

TP79Q0: A novelty at Tucson 2010. The Allargentum appears intergrown with Silver and Dyscrasite. It is clearly differentiated and dominant in the analysis of the sample, so the right label is Allargentum. The Allargentum forms arborescent growths on a Calcite-rich matrix with small groups of Actinolite. We’ll send a copy of the analysis.

The Allargentum appears as dominant on the analysis, so, following the IMA recommendations, we label the sample as this. MHE96AP5: Elongated parallel growths of very large Allargentum crystals, with mechanical curvatures and bright luster, on a Calcite matrix.
The specimen, from a find in 2023, has been analyzed and has also been reviewed, photographed, and published as a novelty in the magazine Mineralogical Record on page 661 in the volume 54, number 5, September-October 2023

Bouismas Mine is a small working within the well-known Bou Azzer district, famous for its cobalt and arsenic mineralizations. Geologically, it is located in the Anti-Atlas, with hydrothermal mineralizations associated with serpentinites and ultramafic rocks, where cobalt and nickel arsenides are typical, together with carbonates and secondary alteration minerals.
In this mine, specimens of Silver, Dyscrasite, Allargentum, and various silver sulfosalts also occur, which can reach very high quality.

MA89AF3: Very aerial arborescent growth of very elongated Dyscrasite crystals pseudomorphous after Allargentum crystals. We’ll send to the buyer a copy of the generic analysis that we have periodically done on these of samples.

A specimen difficult to find nowadays in the commercial mineral market.

MBF37CD2: Profiled tabular crystals of Baryte, very intense in color and with inclusions of Realgar, showing geometric color zoning on the edges. They are on a matrix covered with rhombohedral flattened Calcite crystals. This piece, in a way, is the recovery of something that caught attention between 2013 and 2015 for its unexpectedness in that mine, and now with the addition of the Realgar inclusions.
