DF87AK9: Group of sharp Quartz crystals (amethyst variety) on matrix, with one of them clearly dominant. Brilliant and with the nucleus of the crystal displaying much more intense color than in the periphery. Not to be confused with the better known ones from Veracruz, these amethysts from Amatitlán are composed of thicker crystals and, unlike those from Veracruz, no new specimens are appearing.
The specimen is from the Daunis collection, whose label we will send to the buyer.
