NK14X9: Fluorapatite with Siderite, Quartz, Stannite and Arsenopyrite
Curious tabular Fluorapatite crystal with very well marked parallel growths. It is translucent, with Arsenopyrite inclusions and on matrix, with Arsenopyrite, Quartz, Siderite and Stannite crystals. We’ll send a copy of the analysis of the Fluorapatite to the buyer.

.
AA27AC9: Quars with Siderite, Stannite, Chalcopyrite and Pyrite
Transparent Quartz crystal, coated by very pale lenticular Siderite crystals and dark Sphalerite aggregates coated by Stannite and with small Chalcopyrite and Pyrite crystals. The sample is from the Alain Martaud collection, whose label we’ll send to the buyer.

Specimen size: 8.5 × 4.2 × 4 cm = 3.35” × 1.65” × 1.57”
.
TA53G9: Stannite (twinned) with Zinkenite
Twinned, giant (for the species) and sharp crystals of Stannite. It came from the finds of old miners in the famous San José Mine. The sample is exceptional both for the quality of Stannite and its esthetics and for the presence of acicular crystals of Zinkenite.
The specimen's photo has been reviewed and published in the magazine ‘Rocks & Minerals’ on page 460 in the volume 81, number 6, and in the magazine ‘extraLAPIS - English edition’ on page 31, number 12, "Bolivia".
San José Mine, Oruro City, Cercado Province, Oruro Department  Bolivia (10/2004)
Specimen size: 4 × 2.3 × 1.7 cm = 1.57” × 0.91” × 0.67”

Main crystal size: 2.1 × 1.4 cm = 0.83” × 0.55”
.
TR26I1: Stannite on Quartz and Ferberite
The sample is magnificent both for its size and the quality and definition of the groups of Stannite crystals on Quartz with Ferberite. The specimen had been analyzed to confirm it is really Stannite and not Sphalerite, because on Chinese samples such confusion is possible.
The specimen has been published in the book 'China', by Berthold Ottens, on page 526
Yaogangxian Mine, Yizhang, Chenzhou Prefecture, Hunan Province  China (±2000)
Specimen size: 11.2 × 9.2 × 6.7 cm = 4.41” × 3.62” × 2.64”
.
NF11X9: Stannite with Chalcopyrite and Arsenopyrite
Stannite and Chalcopyrite intergrowths. The Stannite is slightly golden dark gray and the Chalcopyrite shows a brass color. The complexity of these growths, the poor definition of crystalline forms and the fact that Stannite also frequently substitutes for Sphalerite, resulted in Stannite having been almost unnoticed at Panasqueira. We’ll send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.
Minas da Panasqueira, level 3, Aldeia de São Francisco de Assis, Covilhã, Castelo Branco, Cova da Beira, Centro Region  Portugal (2004)
Specimen size: 5 × 2.1 × 3.3 cm = 1.97” × 0.83” × 1.30”
.
AB68AD6: Stannite with Chalcopyrite, Pyrite, Marcasite, Siderite and Calcite
Epigenic growth of very small Stannite crystals on a single Chalcopyrite crystal, with Siderite crystals, Calcite coatings and small Marcasite and Pyrite crystals partially coating the Stannite. We’ll send a copy of the analysis of the Stannite to the buyer of this sample.
Minas da Panasqueira, Aldeia de São Francisco de Assis, Covilhã, Castelo Branco, Cova da Beira, Centro Region  Portugal (1987-2013)
Specimen size: 8.5 × 5.7 × 2.9 cm = 3.35” × 2.24” × 1.14”
.
TAZ76AO3: Stannite with Muscovite and Arsenopyrite
Group on matrix of lustrous dark grey Stannite crystals whose faces and edges show very pronounced curvatures. The Stannite contrasts with the lamellar crystals of Muscovite and the crystals of Arsenopyrite, which are very sharp and have a lighter metallic tone. We will send the buyer the specimen in its original Perky box from the Robert J. (Bob) Noble collection, which also contains the label.
Yaogangxian Mine, Yizhang, Chenzhou Prefecture, Hunan Province  China
Specimen size: 2.3 × 2 × 2.1 cm = 0.91” × 0.79” × 0.83”

Main crystal size: 1.3 × 1.1 cm = 0.51” × 0.43”
.
NQ60F4: Stannite with Sphalerite and Arsenopyrite
A curious and unusual form. The crystals of Sphalerite have such curved edges and faces that they appear to be almost spherical. The Stannite is a fine coating, which makes the Sphalerite appear satin. At the base there are some prismatic, well-developed crystals of Arsenopyrite that make this one seem aerial and esthetic.
Minas da Panasqueira, level 3, Aldeia de São Francisco de Assis, Covilhã, Castelo Branco, Cova da Beira, Centro Region  Portugal (2004)
Specimen size: 4.2 × 3.2 × 2.7 cm = 1.65” × 1.26” × 1.06”
.
9AF27Q0: Stannite, Arsenopyrite, Quartz
Botryoidal growths of Stannite crystals whose faces and edges have very pronounced curvatures, of deep grey color, with very well defined crystals of Arsenopyrite and Quartz. The piece has a slight fissure but the matrix is stable. The Stannite, which in this locality is easily confused with Sphalerite, has been properly analyzed and we’ll send a copy of the analysis to the buyer. A mine that has produced excellent world-class examples of Fluorite and interesting sulphides.
Yaogangxian Mine, Yizhang, Chenzhou Prefecture, Hunan Province  China (2004)
Specimen size: 6.2 × 5.4 × 3.9 cm = 2.44”

Main crystal size: 0.3 × 0.2 cm = 0.12”
