From Montjuïc hill in the city of Barcelona itself, these microcrystalline quartzes are a Catalan classic and although I said I would not part with any Catalan pieces for sentimental reasons, I had two of these so much alike that as an exception I'll keep one and release the other. I liked both of them because they have an intense color and the growth bands are more “pictorial” than what is usual from there.
