TB37J8: Magnesite
Big rhombohedral crystal of very well defined faces and edges on a bed of smaller crystals of the same species. The locality produced some of the best samples of Magnesite and this one honors that tradition.
Serra das Éguas, Brumado, Bahia, Northeast Region  Brazil (2005)
Specimen size: 13 × 11.2 × 8.3 cm = 5.12” × 4.41” × 3.27”
.
MT89AJ5: Magnesite with Dolomite
Groups of very sharp lenticular Magnesite crystals, translucent and bright with a pale pink color and on matrix with white rhombohedral Dolomite crystals. With a better definition than usual for Eugui Magnesites.
Azcárate Quarry, Eugui, Esteríbar, Comarca Auñamendi, Chartered Community of Navarre (Navarre)  Spain (±1990)
Specimen size: 11.2 × 8.1 × 4.9 cm = 4.41” × 3.19” × 1.93”

Main crystal size: 5.2 × 2.5 cm = 2.05” × 0.98”
.
N57EI0: Magnesite with Dolomite
Lenticular white crystals, very aerial, of Magnesite on a group of gray rhombohedrons of Dolomite. Even though being known from Eugui, crystallized Magnesite is very much rarer than Dolomite.
Azcárate Quarry, Eugui, Esteríbar, Comarca Auñamendi, Chartered Community of Navarre (Navarre)  Spain (1999)
Specimen size: 8.7 × 4.8 × 6 cm = 3.43” × 1.89” × 2.36”
.
M46JN6: Magnesite with Dolomite
On this piece white Dolomite rhombohedrons and lenticular yellowish crystals of Magnesite have grown together. We especially note the rare richness of Magnesite crystals in the sample.
Azcárate Quarry, Eugui, Esteríbar, Comarca Auñamendi, Chartered Community of Navarre (Navarre)  Spain (1999)
Specimen size: 10 × 8.8 × 5.7 cm = 3.94” × 3.46” × 2.24”

Main crystal size: 1.5 × 1 cm = 0.59” × 0.39”
.
AG45M6: Magnesite with Dolomite
Small group of lenticular crystals with soft silky luster. On them there are some twinned Dolomite crystals, absolutely transparent and of yellowish tone.
Azcárate Quarry, Eugui, Esteríbar, Comarca Auñamendi, Chartered Community of Navarre (Navarre)  Spain (09/2005)
Specimen size: 5.6 × 3.3 × 2.9 cm = 2.20” × 1.30” × 1.14”
.
TG26G5: Magnesite with Dolomite
The sample has a very interesting association of Magnesite, with dark, beveled crystals, which co-exist with a very aerial group of Dolomite, in white rhombohedral and very sharp crystals.
Serra das Éguas, Brumado, Bahia, Northeast Region  Brazil (2005)
Specimen size: 7 × 5.5 × 5.8 cm = 2.76” × 2.17” × 2.28”

Main crystal size: 5 × 5 cm = 1.97” × 1.97”
.
MA63M9: Magnesite with Quartz and inclusions
Very aerial and esthetic group of rhombohedral crystals of Magnesite. They are white, very bright and are with a clear Quartz crystal and another crystal of Quartz very rich in orange inclusions, probably Calcite.
Pomba Pit, Serra das Éguas, Brumado, Bahia, Northeast Region  Brazil (09/2008)
Specimen size: 5.8 × 5 × 3 cm = 2.28” × 1.97” × 1.18”
.
MG14AM6: Magnesite with Uvite
Elongated rhombohedral crystal of Magnesite, very sharp, transparent, very lustrous, colorless and with a small complete lenticular crystal, translucent and lustrous, of green Uvite series tourmaline. We will send the buyer the specimen in its original perky box from the Robert J. Noble collection, which also contains the label.
Brumado, Bahia, Northeast Region  Brazil
Specimen size: 2.6 × 1.8 × 1.7 cm = 1.02” × 0.71” × 0.67”
.
17SB13: Magnesite, Quartz, Aragonite
On a matrix of crystalline Quartz with some well-formed crystals, a group of rhombohedral Magnesite crystals, with good luster and a delicate honey color, and with small cavities, one of which displays small acicular crystals of Aragonite with a snow-white color. The specimen comes from the collection of Francesco S. Stoppani (number 1035), whose label we will send to the buyer. As with many of the specimens in the Stoppani collection, this one is of high quality for the locality.
Dosso dei Cristalli, Mount Motta, Lanzada, Malenco Valley (Valmalenco), Sondrio Province, Lombardy  Italy
