NFR66AQ1: Eglestonite with Calomel and Mercury
A novelty for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre) Group of Eglestonite crystals -a mineral species produced by the alteration of other mercury minerals - with the dominant forms of the octahedron, on matrix, of a honey color, translucent, and completely filling a vug, as well as being dispersed in the rest of the piece. They are accompanied by Calomel crystals with an adamantine luster, and small Mercury droplets that are sustained thanks to their high surface tension. Both of the mercury halide species have been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer. These minerals are photosensitive, blackening easily in sunlight and even under the light of a lamp, so we recommend keeping them in the dark.

SV2160NAC: Eglestonite with Calomel and Mercury
A novelty for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre) Crystal group of Eglestonite - an alteration mineral, product of other mercury minerals -, on matrix, honey-colored and translucent. They completely fill a cavity, in addition to being dispersed in the rest of the piece, and are accompanied by Calomel crystals with an adamantine luster, and small drops of Mercury that hold together thanks to their high surface tension. Both species of mercury halides have been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the purchaser. These minerals are photosensitive, easily blackening in sunlight and even in the light of a lamp, so we recommend keeping them in the dark.

NTX96AQ1: Eglestonite with Calomel and Mercury
A novelty of 2014 for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre ) Group of Eglestonite crystals—a mineral species produced by the alteration of other mercury minerals—with dominant octahedral forms, on matrix, honey-colored, translucent, and completely filling a vug, as well as being dispersed throughout the rest of the piece. They are accompanied by Calomel crystals with an adamantine luster and small Mercury droplets that are sustained thanks to their high surface tension. Both mercury halide species have been analyzed. These minerals are photosensitive, blackening easily in sunlight and even under lamp light, so we recommend keeping them in the dark. The Mariquita mining group is a group of cinnabar concessions comprising Mariquita (7800), Ampliación a Mariquita (9251), Gran Canaria (10703), 2ª Gran Canaria (10752), 3ª Gran Canaria (10785), and Ana María (11198), and is located in the southern sector of Badajoz Province, within a domain dominated by Paleozoic rocks affected by fracturing and hydrothermal fluid circulation. Mineralization corresponds to a mercury deposit, developed along fracture zones and brecciated areas, where oxidation and supergene alteration processes have generated a paragenesis rich in halides, oxides, and secondary Hg species, including uncommon phases of high mineralogical interest.

NHM27AQ1: Eglestonite with Calomel and Mercury
A novelty for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre) Group of Eglestonite crystals -a mineral species produced by the alteration of other mercury minerals - with the dominant forms of the octahedron, on matrix, with a honey color and translucency, completely filling a vug, as well as being dispersed on the rest of the piece. They are associated with Calomel crystals with an adamantine luster, and small Mercury droplets that are sustained thanks to their high surface tension. Both of the mercury halide species have been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer. NFF89AQ0: Eglestonite with Calomel and Mercury
A novelty for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre) A group of Eglestonite crystals -an alteration mineral, product of other mercury minerals-, on matrix, green-colored and translucent. They are accompanied by small Calomel crystals with an adamantine luster and small drops of Mercury that hold together thanks to their high surface tension. The quality and color of this sample is exceptional, compared to other specimens from the same discovery. SV2220NAE: Eglestonite with Calomel, Rosasite and Mercury
A novelty for Spanish mineralogy (see: La extraordinaria paragénesis de minerales de mercurio de Usagre) A crystal group of Eglestonite -an alteration mineral, product of other mercury minerals-, on matrix, honey-colored, transparent and translucent, completely filling a cavity, in addition to being scattered throughout the rest of the piece.
