An excellent group of twinned crystals of Cinnabar, the biggest one reaching a considerable size. They are on a very rich matrix of Quartz crystals. The red color is better than usual on the specimens with this kind of twin. The main crystal, in its upper right faces, is partially covered by little white Quartz crystals. Matrix has been cut on the back, as is usual with Chinese Cinnabar, due to the fragility of the Cinnabar crystals. The specimen has been published in the book 'China', by Berthold Ottens, on page 155
