TJ39D1: Fluorite with Pyrite
The Pyrite coating is very nice and brilliant, and the Fluorite is a very agreeable green color. Some minor white Quartz adds to the specimen and, which is extremely rare for the specimens from this wild isolated locality, it is damage free!

VB57G8: Fluorite with Pyrite and Baryte
Small cubic crystals of Pyrite. They are beveled and very sharp and cover a group of yellow cubic crystals of Fluorite. Some Baryte groups add richness to the specimen.

TC2280ERZ: Fluorite with Pyrite and Calcite
Druse, on matrix, of cubic Fluorite crystals with yellow color, transparent and lustrous with white rhombohedral Calcite crystals and aggregates of very shiny cubic Pyrite crystals. The unusual specimen corresponds to the first finds in the Villabona mine (not to be confused with the Moscona mine), from which few specimens are currently preserved.

EP66H9: Fluorite with Pyrite and Calcite
Group of cubic crystals that have green color with slight violet shades and are partially covered by small crystals of white Calcite and Pyrite. We note its spectacular color change: deep green in incandescent or fluorescent light and also green but with wide zonations of sky blue under natural light.

EH89G1: Fluorite with Pyrite and Calcite
A group of cubic crystals very defined and with a magnificent luster. An especially intense green color, considerable clarity and locally covered by aggregates of Calcite with Pyrite. Among the best from this locality.

NA27Z1: Fluorite with Pyrite and Calcite
Aggregate, on matrix, of cubic Fluorite crystals. They are transparent, bright, have a vivid yellow color, are partially coated by Pyrite microcrystals and are with twinned scalenohedral Calcite crystals. The sample corresponds to the first findings at the Villabona mine (not to be confused with the Moscona mine), of which few pieces remain nowadays.

FJ61S5: Fluorite with Pyrite and Galena
Translucent cubic crystals of Fluorite. They are bright, with very well defined faces and edges, with cubic crystals of Pyrite and on a matrix of Galena. The sample is from a not so well known mine near Alston Moor.

JFD61AN9: Fluorite with Pyrite and Quartz
A great curiosity: small crystals of Fluorite, with an intense color, very transparent, on a Quartz matrix ... all quite different from what is usually found in the Minas de Villabona area, although this type of scoriaceous Pyrite is characteristic of the deposit. The piece was in the collection of A. Mayor, from Madrid, and is very old. As I have already noticed with some other piece, what appeared there many years ago was quite different from what we see today.

N8RH2: Fluorite with Pyrite and Quartz
Pyrite and Fluorite are covering the terminal faces of Quartz crystals forming a little valley between them also covered by crystals. Some cubes of fluorite are so extremely beveled that they nearly appear as dodecahedra. A classic sample from the mythic Josefa-Veneros Norte vein, at La Collada.

They are translucent, with a pale greenish color, are with cubic crystals of Pyrite, aggregates of white lenticular crystals of Calcite and small twinned crystals of Sphalerite.

This specimen, from a classic French mine, comes from the George Bouvet collection (Grenoble)
