Floater dendritic aggregate of bright and extraordinarily elongated Silver crystals, with a very well defined spinel-law twin and darker Acanthite coatings. The specimen comes from the collection of Ignacio Gaspar Sintes (number PL-33), whose catalogue entry states that it was previously in the collection of Robert E. Jenkins II (number 8554). We will send the buyer the catalogue entry and the labels from both collections.

Nice specimen, very aerial and esthetic. Hooked and curved wire-like growths of native Silver on a rich Baryte matrix that contrasts with the darker deformed pseudoctahedrons of Acanthite. Very esthetic specimen with a color and luster of the Silver that is very attractive.

Hooked and wirelike growths of native Silver on Acanthite. After the questioned wire Silver samples from other localities we have carefully checked this specimen and due to the perfect condition of the Acanthite we can certify that the Silver wires are totally natural. This locality is a German classic for Silver.

Native Silver crystals are elongated and form a complex “nest” in which they are partially covered by small dark crystals of Acanthite. The group is very aerial and stands prominently on a matrix etched with acid to expose the Silver.

Arborescent and aerial hooked growths of bright native Silver, on Quartz matrix with cuboid growths of Acanthite.
The specimen comes from the Christian Mondeilh collection (No. 0760/2006), whose label we will send to the buyer. Unlike other Imiter Silvers, it has very good aesthetics and good definition in the arborescent crystals.
