ET50AL6: Malachite
A relative novelty after the Sainte Marie 2020 Virtual Show, due more than anything to its unusual morphology, very different from that known to date in this locality. In this case the Malachite forms globular growths of small centered acicular crystals, transparent and with a very intense silky luster, on matrix.

EBR90AP3: Malachite
Columnar and stalactitic growths, very aerial, of Malachite with the intense silky luster typical of specimens from this locality and which gives them a peculiar chatoyant appearance. Deep green in color, it also has some curious Malachite concretions of much lighter tone and small holes recrystallized in the terminations, almost certainly due to very rapid growth.

TRT91AN4: Malachite
Aerial Malachite floater group with very aesthetic irregular growths. It has an intense silky luster, bands of different shades of green, and areas on the surface with a fibrous appearance. Very elegant. The Shilu Mine is a skarn-type copper deposit with associated molybdenum, hosted in a karst setting within Carboniferous strata adjacent to a granitoid intrusion, with strong oxidation where Malachite is commonly the main ore mineral.

MXZ72AO2: Malachite
Columnar and stalactitic growths, very aerial, of Malachite, with the intense silky sheen typical of specimens from this locality, which gives them a peculiar "chatoyant" appearance. Deep green in color, it also has some curious concretionary Malachite growths with a much lighter tone, with small recrystallized holes in the terminations, probably due to very rapid growth.

MLR97AP3: Malachite
Spherical aggregates formed of a multitude of acicular Malachite crystals of excellent, very deep and uniform green color, with their well-known velvety appearance, becoming darker in the center of the spheres, with a lighter colored edging at the ends of the needles. In rock matrix, the light colored Dolomite crystals stand out at the base of the piece creating a nice color contrast. Coming from a world class deposit, the Tsumeb Mine, at which two people, both now deceased, played a key role in the supply of quality specimens: Charles Key and Sidney Pieters, the latter having been the original source of this specimen, which was later in a French collection. We will send both labels to the buyer of the piece.
