NB86AI7: Fluorite
Druse of cubic and very sharp Fluorite crystals that are transparent, bright and have a color change from pale lilac to deepest violet. It’s important to note that Fluorite is a rare species at this locality, very well-known for classical samples of Topaz, Bixbyite, red Beryl and Pseudobrookite.
The sample is from the Raúl Sanabria collection whose label we’ll send to the buyer.

Group of very sharp Fluorite crystals, between transparent and translucent, with good luster and an intense yellow color with a fine geometric zoning on the violet edges. Of great quality for what is known at this mine, it comes only from one specific find.

Fluorite crystal with polycrystalline faces, between translucent and transparent, intense and uniform lilac color, with geometric color zoning, denser at the edges. The specimen, of very good quality for the locality, comes from the collection of Miguel David Martínez (No. 39), whose label we will send to the buyer.

EF66AI1: Fluorite
A novelty at Tucson 2018. A group, on matrix, of cubic Fluorite crystals, between translucent and transparent, with a very deep green color and marine-blue dichroism, not intense but clearly visible in sunlight. The crystals are more individualized and complete than usual with such samples. The locality is very new and even though Madagascar is a well-known mineralogical paradise there were no references to Fluorite occurrences other than the small crystals included in Quartz from Mandronarivo.

Druse, on matrix, of Fluorite crystals with a cubic habit beveled by dodecahedron faces, between transparent and translucent, and of an intense color, deeper on the edges. From a classic Spanish locality from which it is very difficult to obtain specimens.

Group of Fluorite crystals with parallel growths and the typical rough bevel of rhombododecahedron faces, in this case highly developed. They are translucent, with geometric violet zones, much more intense in the central part of the crystals.

Obtained at Munich 2022 Very sharp cubic Fluorite crystals with a slightly flattened habit, translucent and of a uniform yellow color, with inclusions. The specimen comes from the old (1975) Peyrebrune mine, not from the current quarry area.

Group of Fluorite crystals with a cubic shape, very sharp, between transparent and translucent, with good luster and a uniform green color with a geometric growth of a more yellow color. The specimen comes from the Figuier vein, which is reputed to have produced the best quality fluorites in this deposit.

Group of very sharp Fluorite crystals, transparent, lustrous, colorless and very rich in inclusions. From a locality from which few high-quality specimens are known. The specimen is from the Alain Martaud collection.

A rarity for this locality, in which well crystallized, high quality Fluorite is not common. Continuous crust on matrix, of crystals of cubic habit with polycrystalline growths, between transparent and translucent, and of an intense yellow color with slight violet tones in some areas. A Moroccan classic that was in the Casado Margolles collection (reg. FRM183), whose collection card we will send to the buyer.

NJ86AJ0: Fluorite
Druse, on matrix, of cubic crystals prominantly beveled by dodecahedron faces. They are transparent, very bright, and have very well defined color zones, deeper on cube faces and clearer on dodecahedron faces. The sample is from recent finds at the La Viesca area.

Even the most well known occurrences can adopt different forms, new or attractive, as this irregular surface completely recrystallized on both of its ends by transparent cubic Fluorite crystals with an intense violet color. Similar to a geode, but fully upholstered by Fluorite crystals “in” and “out” at the same time…

Very aerial group of Fluorite crystals, one of them clearly dominant, with a cubic habit, beveled by dodecahedron faces, translucent and blue, with geometric zones of deep violet color on some of the edges. From a classic Spanish locality from which it is now very difficult to obtain specimens.
