Single and partially doubly terminated Microcline (amazonite variety) crystal with very well defined faces and edges, a good green color, not as bluish as the classic Colorado amazonites, and on a matrix of Quartz and Albite. The sample is from the Carles Manresa collection whose label we’ll send to the buyer.

Crystal of Microcline (amazonite variety) with an intense and uniform color, with well defined faces and edges, adorned by a rosette of Albite crystals embedded in the center of the Amazonite crystal. This American classic from the miarolitic cavities of the Pikes Peak granitic batholith comes from the old former collection of Robert-Auguste Touchon and is accompanied by an old handwritten label of Dr. Dagincourt in Paris that will be sent to the buyer of the piece.

MRB86AP7: Microcline with Baryte and Quartz (variety smoky)
Group of Microcline crystals with a short prismatic habit, with good terminations, reddish color, accompanied by Quartz crystals (smoky variety) and with a book-like aggregate of white lamellar Baryte crystals that proves the relationship of this material with the usual Aouli material, although this specimen comes from a very unusual find there, where until now the presence of feldspars had been unknown.
